These handy heat patches are perfect for daily use and are versatile enough for every setting. 1. Gently tear open the sleeve
2. The patch is air-activated - it's going to start warming up instantly!
3. Peel off the sticker
4. Place it on a thin layer of clothing wherever you're feeling pain. Most of our friends with pelvic pain love to place the patch on their stomach or lower back...or even both!
5. Sit back and enjoy the soothing heat relief for 8-12 magical hours
6. When you're done, dispose of the patch and recycle the packaging sleeve and sticker!

• Remember to wear the product on your clothing, not directly on your skin
• Do check your skin frequently while wearing the patch
• If you're unable to feel the affected area or remove the heat patch on your own, it's best not to use the patch
• Store the patches in a cool place, and keep them away from children and pets
• If the product feels too hot, don't worry! Just remove it or pop on more clothing
• If you're pregnant or have heat sensitivities, we recommend asking your doctor for advice

Got expired heat patches?

EV patches do expire, but only after several years. If you've got some old heat patches lying around, you can still safely use them. They might just not heat as long as the usual 8 hours.
